He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Phillips; his stepfather Buddy Phillips; his father Melvin Garrett; and his brother John Phillips. He is survived by: his nephews, Jeremy Stewart and Bradley Norton; and his siblings, Billy Norton (Debbie), Michael Phillips (Nina), Deborah Stewart (Jerry), Debbie Garrison (DWayne), Bonnie Weaver (Jimi), Lisa Norton and Jenny Medina (Mondo). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, & great-nephews.
