She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bezdek and Marian Bezdek. She is survived by: her husband John Milota; her children, Cynthia Milota (Jeff Kitcheos) and John Milota (Elaine Rendin); her sisters, Mary Ann Sidlowski (late Don) and Barbara Novak (Joseph); and her grandsons, Alex Kitcheos and Elliott Kitcheos.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to Wellness House in Hinsdale or The Residential Hospice Foundation.
