Kylie Conklin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kylie Conklin (Cicero, Illinois), who passed away on March 25, 2022 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michelle Nancy Punjak and Shane Conklin; her grandparents, Sue Durkin, Don Altera, Tom and Nancy Punjak; her great-grandparent Geraldine Punjak; and her grandparents, Kathy and Phil Rekart. She was also cherished by her numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation she was able to attend One Direction and even met the members of the band personally, one of many thrilling opportunities she was able to embrace.
