He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Horn and Margaret Horn (Dockter) of Cicero, IL.. He is survived by: his wife Diane Horn (Pokorny); his daughters, Crystal (Katrina) and Colleen (Declan); his grandchildren, Sigrid, Lochlann, Stellan and August; and his siblings, Arthur Horn (Patty) and Christine Lee (late Bill). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
