She is survived by: her children, Richard (Kathleen) and Kostner; her granddaughters, Katharine and Margaret Kostner; her sister Janet Blazek; her niece Vicki Harper (Norman); her nephew Ronald Blazek Jr.; and her granddaughters, Katie and Maggie.
