He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kolodziejczak and Harriet Kolodziejczak (Lisiecka); his son John Kolodziejczak; and his brother John Kolodziejczak. He is survived by: his wife Beth A. Kolodziejczak (Lewis); his children, David Kolodziejczak of Maryland, Adam Brown of Kintnersville, PA, Paul Kolodziejczak (Lisa) of North Wales, PA, Peter Kolodziejczak of North Wales, PA, Samuel Kolodziejczak (Gabby) of Alburtis, PA and Katherine Driban of Southampton, PA; his sister-in-law Amy Calnan (Thomas III); his nieces and nephews, Thomas IV and Siobhan; his grandchildren, Paul, CJ, Royce, Remi and Laylana; and also Ziggy.
