He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Aura Leticia Herrera; his children, Daniel Herrera (Deyanira), Evelyn Herrera, Francisco Herrera, Jr. and Alejandra Herrera (Nicolas Montenegro); his grandchildren, Adam, Auriyana, Pharaoh, Adrian, Alena, Andres and Issac; and his siblings, Jose, Alejandra, Fabiola, Mariafe, Silvia and Gerardo.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Suburban Funeral Home (5940 W 35th St, Cicero, IL 60804). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Epiphany Church (2524 S Keeler Ave, Chicago, IL 60623).
