He is survived by: his children, Roger Dale Neal (Cindy) of DuQuoin and Kimberly Sue Neal of DuQuoin; his grandchildren, Michelle Neal, Jessica Neal, Andrea Beal and William James Neal; and his sisters, Kay Bishop (Andy) of DuQuoin and Janet Rheinecker of DuQuoin.
