She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cook Sr. and Betty Dial (Tindall); and her brothers, Delmar Tindall, Rocky Connor, Edward Connor and John Connor.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Bourland (Michael) of Christopher, IL, Christina Hulford (Kevin) of Spring Hill, TN and Robert Cook of Christopher, IL; her grandchildren, Ashley, Derek, Jenny, Nick, Syaria, Carissa, Billy, Mackenzie and Cameron; her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Trinity, Blake, Justin and Sydney; and her siblings, Carlo Dial (Carrie) of Christopher and Tamela Grammer (Rick) of Christopher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
