He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Summers (Lori) of Dallas, TX and Robbie Summers (Lisa) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Jennifer Summers of Eldorado, IL, Jordan Summers of Louisville, KY, Mitchell Summers of Farmington, MO, Liam Kirk of Benton and Laney Kirk of Benton; and his siblings, Sheila Rich of Benton, Cheryl Kelly of Benton and Gary Summers of Benton. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
