We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2020, at the age of 94, Phoebe J. Meyer (Christopher, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jensen and Lena Jensen (Black); her husband John Meyer; and her brothers, Charles Jensen and Robert Jensen.

She is survived by: her children, J. David Meyer of Royalton, Jane Rogers (Bill) of Christopher and Karen McCabe (Dewey) of Columbus, GA; and her grandchildren, John Meyer (Trina), Kristen Gentry (Paul), Mike Hertz (Julie), Angela McCabe and Dewey McCabe (Heather). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Bible Society or to Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.
