She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chizmadia and Barbara Chizmadia (Bede); her husband Roy Peter Kretz; and her siblings, John Chizmadia, Andy Chizmadia, Bert Chizmadia and Ann Tury (Chizmadia).
She is survived by: her children, Roy John Kretz of Mt. Vernon, Robert Kretz (Lisa) of Bluford, Catherine Kretz of Bloomington and Cindy Kretz (Dave Stark) of Mulkeytown; and her grandchildren, Roy John Kretz Jr., Shannon Kretz, Kali Boaz, Charles Boaz and Todd Boaz. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
