She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Orr and Jeanette Orr (Docherty); her husband Michael Townzen; and her sisters, Grace Howerton and Irene Ceasar.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Michael Townzen (Jaymie) of Peoria, IL, Jeremy Townzen (Christina) of Missouri, Patrick Townzen (Lindsey) of Marion, IL and Christopher Townzen (Crystal) of Indiana; and her nieces and nephews, Michael McClendon (Judy) of Missouri, Sharon King of Benton, Gary Ceasar (Sally) of Christopher, Phillip Ceasar (Sonja) of Buckner, Danny Ceasar of Christopher and Cyrilene Hicks of Christopher.
Mary Ann's wish was for her body to be donated to the SIU School of Medicine.
