With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Jane Furlow of Christopher, Illinois, born in Benton, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2022 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Jane Furlow to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Wayman and Matilda Jane Wayman (House); her grandson Josh Brisco; and her brother Richard Wayman. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Furlow of Christopher; her sons, Brian Furlow of Christopher and Wayman Furlow (Donna) of Benton; her granddaughter Lindsey Jo Furlow; her brothers, Bill Wayman of Knoxville, TN and Norman Wayman (Debbie) of Chicago, IL; and her sister-in-law Virginia Wayman of DuQuoin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the cemetery or can be sent to the Gilbert Funeral Home in Christopher.
