He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Flatt and Elaine Flatt (Taylor). He is survived by: his brother Rick Flatt (Sharron); and his children, Wendy Kelly (JP), Brett Nickens (Bridget) and Keith Nickens (Jerri).
