It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Marlene Eubanks of Christopher, Illinois, born in Valier, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nixon Isaac and Mary Velma Key (Rains); her spouse Rutherford Eubanks; her children, Sherry Phillips and Stephen Eubanks; her grandchildren, Patricia Eubanks and Timothy Eubanks; and her siblings, Frank Key, Doye Miner, Gary Key, Terry Key and Nixon Key.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Rice of Valier, Linda Orr of Buckner, Rutherford "Pete" Eubanks (Jennifer) of Logan, Judy Gosnell (Glendell) of Coello, Becky Cook (Leroy) of Christopher, Tammy Flood (Bob) of Mulkeytown, Danny Eubanks of Benton, Vicky Powinski (Mike) of Valier and Frankie Hill (Mike) of Minnesota; and her siblings, Naomi Maceri of Zeigler, Bonnie Fasig of Herrin and Kim Key of Christopher. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
