He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Holbrooks and Annette Holbrooks. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Smith (Alisha) and Jessica Hawkins (Gary King); his child-in-law James Hawkins; his grandchildren, Lennae, Zachary, Savannah, Logan, Kameron, Jimmy and Paisley; and his sibling Rachel Gerrard. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, brother and sister.
