She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Cotton" Spann and Edna Spann (Sylvester); and her brothers, Terry Spann and Dennis Spann. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Shoppell (Brian Wilson) of Christopher, Benjamin Short of Lexington, Jason Newell of Moulton and Molly Roake (Brian Damon) of Lexington. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East Lawn Funeral Home (1102 Airport Rd, Bloomington, IL 61704).
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
