He was predeceased by: his mother Donnie Shurtz (Roberts); and his son-in-law Kevin Sanders. He is survived by: his father J. D. Shurtz; his wife Nancy Elaine Quillman; his daughter Sarah Ranzinger (Benjamin Elizabeth Patalano); his grandchild Frankie III Patalano Emma (Buster); his brother Bruce Shurtz (Sandy); his niece Rachael Thornquest (Dru Charla Fulkerson); and his brother-in-law Dan Quillman.
We ask everyone attending the services to practice social distancing. We are limited to 50 people in our building at a time, and everyone attending is encouraged to wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may made to the Family to assist with medical expenses.
