She is survived by: her children, Cindy Coffel of DuQuoin, Scott Coffel (Donita) of Mulkeytown and Theresa Rutland of Christopher; her grandchildren, Lacy McPhail, Jesse Mullins-Gunter (Dylan), Alyson Risley (Brian) and Amanda Dellow; her great grandchildren, Serenity, Rowan, Oaklynn, Brianna, Dalton, Morgan and Nolan; and her sisters, Francis Tankersley of Houston, TX and Mary Sammons.
