He is survived by: his father Joe B. Hollingsworth; his wife Lori Ann Sims; his son Clayton Joseph Hollingsworth (Beth Bland) of Chrisman; his mother Pat Hollingsworth (Key) of Chrisman; his brother Troy Hollingsworth of Chrisman; and his brother-in-law Rick Sims (Rose) of Marshall, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
