It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Martin (Chrisman, Illinois), who passed away on February 19, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen A. Martin and Mary Martin (Whitsell); his spouse Elizabeth Grover (Betty); his children, Sharon Cunningham of Paris, IL, Brenda Moore (Mark) of Springfield, IL, Gary Lee Martin (Jane) of Paris, IL, Larry Dale Martin (Pam) of Danville, IL, Sarah Lou Henn (Tim) of Paris, IL and Debra Lynn Sullivan (Mike) of Charleston, IL; his grandchildren, Amber Furgeson (Bryan), Lori Ann Fonner, Jeff Martin, Heather Hart Campbell (Gene), Bobbie Jeffries, Billie Bays, Josh Martin, Ryan Martin, Natasha Cash (Kevin), Zachary Henn (Lauren), Mallory Corrington (Alex), Robert Landon Callaway (Laurie), Eddie Sullivan (Erin) and Traci Guthrie; his nephew Chris Martin; and his great great grandchild Elina Grace Baker. He was also cherished by wife, whom he lovingly called "Mom", raised six of their own children, along with many friends and cousins who were all considered one of the kids. Stanley… was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, and worked as a custom farmer, a teamster, and at O'Neal Brothers.
