He was predeceased by: his parents, Clellan J. Porter and Marcella Porter (Smith); and his brothers, Dale and Thomas Porter. He is survived by: his sons, Blair Porter (Becky) of Ballwin and Norris E. Porter (Beth) of Bloomington, Illinois; his brother Philip Porter of Chrisman; his grandchildren, Sophia Porter (Zach Lefthand) of St. Louis, Gabriel Porter of St. Louis, Brockton Porter (Katie) of Gridley, Andrew Porter (Mariah) of Gulfport and Harrison Porter (Cassie Weigel) of Washington, D. C.; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Caroline and Ryker Porter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to Trinity United Church of Christ of Westville, the Parkinson's Foundation, or to an animal charity of the donor's choice.
