He was predeceased by: his parents, William Royd and Elsie Lorene Hutson (Cook); and his son Bradley Mills. He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Craft; his children, Freddy Mills of Rantoul, IL, Amber Cook of Chrisman, IL, Anthony Mills of Port St, Damien Mills of Chrisman, IL and Tylon Mills of Danville, IL; and his brothers, Bill Hutson (Shari) of Georgetown, IL and Gene Hutson (Cathy) of Carlinville, IL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
