Margaret E. Daniel wrote a sympathy message

“Rick, Mary, and I will be lifting you up in prayer and keeping you in our thoughts today and in the days ahead. Not only did Dad and Marjorie share birthdays in close proximity, but they also shared the Yeager legacy which connects our families. I will always remember the times that our families got together for reunions and dinners. In fact, I can still hear Dad talking about farming, livestock, and crops. And what a time we had when we went to Sue's wedding in the 1960s. Nearly every year, either Dad would call Marjorie or Marjorie would call Dad around their birthdays; if memory serves me, they may have sent birthday cards to each other, but Mom would have been the one to get Marjorie's card! The last time I spoke with Marjorie, she said it was so difficult to call and talk to Dad because he was just too hard of hearing. I laughed and said I tried to get him to use one of those CaptionCall phones, but he said it was too complicated. Then who could forget the Russellville Cemetery, still a topic of discussion even after Mom passed away. So we who remain will have many wonderful memories that make us smile and bring us blessings. Our faith and belief in the Lord Jesus sustains us with the knowledge that we will be reunited with our loved ones. One of the best memories I have of Marjorie is her prayers for Mom in her last days. She was one of the most faithful prayer warriors I have ever known, and she gave our family great comfort; in fact, Dad often mentioned how much Marjorie's prayers meant to him. I would like to think that along with other family and friends, Mom and Dad were waiting to greet Marjorie. What a reunion, one that is beyond our comprehension. May God richly bless you with peace and comfort as you journey this transition of life. He will never leave you, and He will carry you when you are weary. Love and Blessings, Maggie Yeager Daniel”
