He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Lewsader and Martha Joan Lewsader (Henry); and his brothers, Richard and Dennis Lewsader. He is survived by: his wife Kim Lewsader; his sons, Eric Lewsader (Trish) of Chrisman and Jeff Lewsader (Candy) of Chrisman; his grandchildren, Tei White (John) of Paris and Patrick Longo (Fernanda) of Orlando, Florida; his great grandchildren, Breccan, Isabella, Isaac, Juliet, Cecelia and Benjamin; and his sister Cathy Lewsader. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Edgar County Shrine Club.
