He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leon and Betty Jean Meeks (Dunn); his sister Susan Meeks Liffick; and his brother-in-law Jerry Dye. He is survived by: his spouse Rhea Joy Clark; his children, Chuck Meeks (Tina) of Ellettsville, IN and Misty Lewis (Rick) of Chrisman, IL; his siblings, Howard Meeks (Julia) of Terre Haute, IN, Janet Dye of Hume, IL and Julie Key (Bobby) of Sidell, IL; his grandchildren, Cody Lewis (Tay) of Chrisman, IL, Kaitlyn Lovell (Brandon) of Bloomington, IN, Jacob Lewis (Sherrie) of Chrisman, IL and Caleb Meeks (Hannah) of Deputy, IN; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Lovell Jr. and Jackson Lewis.
