He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Earl and Jeanette Marie Lawyles (Bougus); and his son Steven Lawlyes. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Sue Riggen; his children, David Lawlyes (Michelle) of Chrisman, IL and Mandi Cochran (Shawn) of Paris, IL; his sisters, Beverly Lawlyes of Paris, IL and Marsha Baker (Richard) of Chrisman, IL; and his grandchildren, Kiersten Atterson (Donny), Karissa Lawlyes, Kassandra Lawlyes, Davie Lawlyes, Elias Lawlyes, Nate Parker, Kyle Shivlar, Mason Eslinger (Kayleigh Weeding), Bailee Eslinger, Daisy Cochran, Carter Cochran, John Lawlyes and Lydia Lawlyes.
