It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hal Richard Fonner of Chrisman, Illinois, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Franklin and Zella Estella Jones Fonner. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Rogers of Chrisman, Paula Gleesing of Fredericksburg, Virgina and Charles R. Fonner of Chrisman. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
