He is survived by: his siblings, John Collett (Marilyn), Dwain Collett (Carol) and Coleta Steers (John); his children, Gerry, Jr. Collett (Cheryl) of Harrodsburg, KY and Soni Matias (Tito) of Chicago, IL; and his great grandchildren, Katie Matias, Gatlin, Jackey Murillo (Steve), Ezekiel, Joelle Jones (Cody), Cora, Victoria Grimes (Scott), Christina Collett, Andrea Collett and Pablo Matias. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
