He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Phipps (Board) of Chrisman, IL; his wife Karen Sue Phipps (Salin); his daughters, Shanna Fisher (Ted) of Catlin, IL, Mandy Heath (Jon) of Chrisman, IL and Sarah Setzer (Ben) of Paris, IL; his brother Dan Phipps (Mary) of Chrisman, IL; and his grandchildren, Drake, Preston, Paxton, Spencer Henry and Stevie Lee.
