He was predeceased by: his grandfather Willie Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa McCormick of Chrisman and Brian McCormick (Rose) of Terre Haute; his sisters, Amber McCormick of Lake Worth and Alicia "Tai" McCormick of Indianapolis; and his grandparents, Betty "Granny" Campbell of Terre Haute, Billie McCormick of Champaign, Larry Yaw and Carole Yaw of Chrisman. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Edgar County Homeless Organization in Paris, Ill.
