She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Thomas. She is survived by: her spouse James L. Henry; her children, Gina Mitchell (Tom) of Chrisman, IL, Karyn Lynch (John) of Port St, Tom Hoult (Candice) of Chrisman, IL and Jami Hollingsworth (Greg) of Sullivan, IN; and her sister Lisa Campbell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
