He is survived by: his mother Alice Fay Holbrook (Conley); his children, Courtney Heath of Henderson, KY, Shayla Brady of Monticello, IN and Cassandra Patke (Brett) of Chrisman, IL; and his siblings, Eddie Holbrook (Marie) of Prestonburg, KY, Charles Oliver of Lafayette, IN, Betty Bolen (Jimmy) of Wheatfield, IN and Brenda Ames (Bob) of Monrovia, IN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
