She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Mattice and Adah Mattice (Zilm); her husband Roger McCullum; her daughter Deborah Frasco; and her sister Sharon Reed.

She is survived by: her children, Philip McCullum of Bloomington, Paul Thomas (Annette) of Collinsville Illinois and Rebecca Gibson (Dennis) of Chillicothe; and her son-in-law Daniel "DJ" Frasco (late Deborah) of Peoria. She is also survived by Five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
