We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2024, at the age of 80, Sherry Duncan of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Sherry farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sherry is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwayne Cochran and Peggy Fredrick Cochran. She is survived by: her close friend Randy W. Perry of Chillicothe; her daughter Angela L. Pokarney of East Peoria; and also, Tonya Boyle (Andy) of Chillicothe, Nikki Wenzelsprat (Chad) of Chillicothe, Jocelyn Cornelius (Brett) of Farmington and Rachel Perry of New York. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
