He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Shepard and Ida Shepard (Harvey); and his wife Lana Coble. He is survived by: his girlfriend Charlotte Mettes; his children, Dawn Cox (George) of Colleyville, TX and Monte Shepard (Amy) of Chillicothe, IL; his grandchildren, Nicholas Cox (Allie), Shayne Kriz (Jeff), Lucas Cox, Dakota Shepard (Amy) and Montana Shepard (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Henry Robert Cox, Zoey Claire Cox, Grady Thomas Cox, Marley Renee Kriz, William Jeffrey Kriz, Bentley Blair Shepard and Kase Michael Shepard.
