Ginn of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Hamburg, Iowa, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Lynda Ammann (Larry) of Brookings, SD.. He is survived by: his former spouse Maryruth Ginn; his wife Deanna Welch; his daughters, Allison Goodyear (Scott) of Peoria, IL and Amy Ginn (Tom Westwater) of Durango, CO; and his stepdaughters, Sheila Green (Ken) of Lake Tahoe, NV and Lisa Fortner (Bob) of Morton, IL.
