She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Butz and Leora Butz (Earhart); and her husband Charles William Rutan. She is survived by: her children, Lory Sigler (Jeff) of Frankfort, Dawn Rutan of Michigantown and Kent Rutan (Karen) of Chillicothe, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Jenelle Young, Nicole Morris (Aaron Kosdrosky), Megan Snoke (Matt), Rachel Ronco (Tony), Jake Rutan (Emily Anderson) and Libby Rutan (Alex Carranza). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
