Martinek and Lana K Martinek of Chillicothe, IL; his siblings, Jason Patrick of Dunlap, IL, Corey Eugene (Stephanie Marie) of Edelstein, IL and Stephanie Kaye Blair; his sister-in-law Angela Martinek of Decatur, IL; his nieces and nephews, Lily, Emma, Chloe, Mason, David, Mavrick, Stephen Peter, Ezra, Poppy and Emerson; his pet Abby; and his son Michael. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
