He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, James Donnelly (Carrie), Laura Burdett (Jeffrey) of Dunlap, IL and Timothy Donnelly (Tracy) of Chillicothe, IL; his grandchildren, Abigail, Oliver, Connor Donnelly, Emily, Preston and Owen Burdett; his son Michael Donnelly; his stepgrandchildren, Katherine Walka and Alex Walka; his sisters, Denise Schaub (Hugo) of Kickapoo, IL and Pam Dillon (Dan) of Peoria, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Molly Donnelly of Peoria, IL and Terry Hibbs (Laurie) of Dunlap, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Mike's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
