He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Marcy Ely (Mark) of Chillicothe, IL, Micah Horan (Dell Cloherty) of Chicago, IL, John "Duber" Horan of West Peoria, IL and Marcus Horan (Hillary Tiller) of Chillicothe, IL; and his grandchildren, Mason Ely of Dallas, TX, Lucas and Cecilia Tiller.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mick's name may be made to St. Edward Catholic Church, Community Needs Agency or the Glioblastoma Foundation.
