He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Hauk and Martha B. Hauk (Johnson); and his brother Earl E. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sherry L. Lee; his children, Ketra D. Hauk of Chillicothe and Frank W. Hauk (Kim) of Chillicothe; his grandson Lane Hauk (Kyleigh Forsythe) of Chillicothe; his great grandchild Ryder Hauk of Chillicothe; and his siblings, Virgil Hauk of Peoria, Ronald Hauk (Patti) of Mackinaw, Louella Jackson (Floyd) of Washington, Marcella Hauk of West Peoria, Robert Hauk (Joyce) of Tumwater, WA and Allen Hauk (Debbie) of Indianola, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
