He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Bailey and Annavieve Bailey; his wife Joann Bailey; and his siblings, Jane Pulley, Rita Stec and Walter Bailey.
He is survived by: his brother Jerry Bailey (Barb); his daughters, Debbie Robinson (Bill) of Morris, IL, Terri Bailey of Peoria, IL and Tracy (David); his grandchildren, Stephen Bailey, Carmen Hooper, Rachel Black and Cameron Stenger; and his nephew Shannon Kluge.
