She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Smith and Bertha Smith (Heneger). She is survived by: her husband Harry E. Crull; her children, Gary Crull (Julie) of Chillicothe, Chris Perham (Greg) of Dunlap and Dan Crull of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Jeremy Crull (Jamie Sue), Jamie McFall (Wes), Jeff Crull (Casey), Matthew Perham (Jen), Faith Gray (Steve) and Joni Chenault (David); and her siblings, Bob Smith of Canton, Jim Smith (Shirley) of Bradford and Connie Smith (Marian) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital or Illinois Cancer Care.
