He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Andrew and Lilian Mae Hosler; his wife Mary Juanita Rusk; his son Fred; and his sister Wanda Mae Appel.
He is survived by: his children, Ernest Rusk (Jamie) of Edelstein, IL, Andrew Rusk (Nancy) of Wisconsin and Tammy Vlies (Greg) of Indiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
