She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Davis and Blanche Davis (Beard); her husband Billy D. Hughes; her daughter-in-law Vickie; and her granddaughter Kimberly.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Osburn (Jerry) of Chillicothe, IL, Michael Hughes (Joyce) of Chillicothe and Russell Hughes of Chillicothe, IL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
