He is survived by: his wife Joann Cross; his children, Randy LeRoy (Nell Jean) of Baltimore, MD, Tamara Anderson (Todd) of Normal, IL and Andrew LeRoy (Kenna) of Chillicothe, IL; and his sister Susan Cleeton of Peoria, IL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
