He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Page and Marianna Page (Redfield); and his spouse Jean Marie Rabida. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Page (Joanna Garcia) of Streator, IL, Allyson Evans (Nyah) of Pekin and Andrea Page (Randall Hamilton) of Chillicothe; his granddaughters, Madison and Maridyth Hamilton; and his brothers, James Page of Texas and Michael Page of Carlinville, IL..
