We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2025, at the age of 97, Hazel A. Hight of Chillicothe, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Swore and Ida Swore (Kelly); her former husband Richard Conn; her husband Maurice Hight; and her siblings, Melissa, Earl, George, Florence, Lawrence, Mary, Henrietta, Jean and Wilma.

She is survived by: her sister Edna Metcalf of Macon, MO. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the First United Methodist Church (1023 N 6th St, Chillicothe, IL 61523). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 7:30 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chillicothe First United Methodist Church or the Warsaw First United Methodist Church.
